Hi, I’m Dee Betts, a professional development specialist with over 15 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and instructing in post-secondary planning and workforce development. I have directly served over 1100+ people in the span of my career. To date, since March 2021, I have helped secure $220,907 in wage increases for my clients.
I launched this business to help people from all walks of life to UNDERSTAND, THINK, and SPEAK differently about their talents and prepare for their next opportunity. Your cultural experiences and hobbies have relevance! No more removing the box, we’re burning it out back!
